I think the article that you have written makes a very valid point regarding real estate commissions.
I believe that real estate agents charge far too much when they sell their clients house. What you say is fair that they are the experts in their field and know the best way of securing the sale of a home.
I think that if home sellers had access to the marketing tools and knowledge that a real estate agent has access to then they too could receive the benefits of selling their home themselves without the use of a real estate agent.
I know of many people who haved used save on commissions services and they are extremely happy. Yes I believe that real estate agents currently charge too much and that the industry needs to evolve

Real estate prices have been declining pretty much all over. Expect it to get worse before it gets better.

Hi Todd,

Thanks for visiting my Urban Living Blog. I liked house #2 and #3 the most.
House #2, I really liked that the house had modern design and the features in different rooms all matched the style, colors and theme of the house. The exterior is not weird, but more along the NorthWest style, but contemporary architecture. It was really cool. House #3 is gorgeous. Personally, i prefer contemporary style, but this house is absolutely beautiful. I loved everything about it, but master bathroom could be a little bigger.
