I believe that real estate agents charge far too much when they sell their clients house. What you say is fair that they are the experts in their field and know the best way of securing the sale of a home. I think that if home sellers had access to the marketing tools and knowledge that a real estate agent has access to then they too could receive the benefits of selling their home themselves without the use of a real estate agent. I know of many people who haved used save on commissions services and they are extremely happy.
